My name is Malik Lounes and I am the founder of MBC Property Management, a company specialised in real estate management across Switzerland. At MBC we do accompany our customers along their investment plan, including the sourcing, the financing, the acquisition and then the day-to-day operations of their assets.
My Story
My story has begun a few years ago, in 2016, where I started working as an Asset Manager for the account of a family office based in Switzerland. Along the way I got the opportunity to manage a portfolio of different assets across Switzerland with a AUM value of CHF 70M. Back then I had no idea that managing assets will make me feel accomplished with an aim to build up even more.
